Overview
There are many adolescents in the New Mexico area suffering with psychiatric issues. Our Adolescent Treatment Program is designed for adolescents who require crisis stabilization and short-term intensive and structured treatment for emotional, behavioral, substance abuse and psychological problems. We provide a positive, structured, caring environment for troubled youth that is conducive to individual growth and development. Our teen treatment program provides 24-hour a day inpatient care for adolescents whose acute symptoms require a therapeutic environment.

The goal of treatment is to stabilize symptoms, make medication adjustments and begin a plan for discharge as quickly as feasible.

Treatment
Treatment is provided by a team of specialized trained staff who will focus on each individual patient and their specific needs. The team consists of:

• Psychiatrist
• Psychiatric Nurse
• Therapist
• Adjunctive Therapist
• Mental Health Technician

Activities Available

• Indoor gym for basketball and volleyball
• Outdoor ball field for softball, soccer, etc.
• Outdoor running/walking track
• Arts and Crafts
