By the grace of God I found Mesilla Valley Hospital inpatient and PHP program through the Veterans Crisis Line on Aug 1, 2022, after drinking myself yet again out of everything I had. I graduated on Sep 1st and was sober until May when I had a severe military-related PTSD experience and relapsed again. I checked myself back into Mesilla Valley again thanks to the counseling I received the first time that I went through PHP, I now readily accept when I relapse that I immediately need to go back to get help. Mesilla Valley Hospital always accepts me back with no criticism or question. They always welcome me and help me back to sobriety. Now thanks to God, Mesilla Valley PHP, family and church I am gratefully starting over, celebrating my 30th day of sobriety.
